I'm a firm believer that
in the last few years the concept of life has totally changed since the
emerging of a much vibrant Indian economy, the bringing in of MNC's - which has
made the average corporate life more demanding and more strain is therefore put
onto one's health. The long working hours also result in great damage to the
body of the person with very minimal rest intervals being provided and going on
a vacation means coming back to huge pending works which NO ONE likes and
thereby; vacation is not really an option.
What one can really do
is; concentrate on the ways with which one can get more fitter with very small
yet very relevant steps. Walking or running in the morning or even in the
evening is sure an option but what I opt for is; Dabur Honey.
Honey as we have often
heard and read is a vital essential intake for one's body - no only is it
healthy but also very much delicious and goes well as a substitute to say -
Sugar, which is high in calories and not at all health beneficial as compared
to Honey.
Dabur is a brand that
has been around for many years and has won the heart of it's customers for it's
consistent customer-driven product launches and the consistent quality check
that it maintains up on it's products.
In the bid to get fitter
and not have a tummy, some people opt for a crash diet which I've NEVER been a
fan of. Reducing rapid weight through extreme measures in - 1) not eating 2)
giving up on proteins and 3) excess and rigorous workout which may result in
fatigue is in NO WAY the answer to the fitness concerns of an average person.
This may result in weight loss but not in gaining a much more fitter and
efficient body, which Dabur Honey can very much easily provide.
Honey Diet - a sweeter
alternative can go well with any meal, be it your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Just have it with curd or mix it with water and drink - the feeling of being
healthy is only realized when you gift your body the gift of Honey by Dabur, an
element of life that cannot and should not be avoided.
