The world - as per my creation

The world that we live in, the very place the foundation of which is to still date disputed and talked about, the "big bang theory". A place that every artist would label "perfection beyond reality", a place where we've different species living and sharing the same land - the very land that we Indians refer to as "dharti maa".

It's this earth that has for the centuries gone by, been a hot topics of discussion. Is the earth that we live in perfect? Is the division between and among countries the way it was meant to be or is the way that we've made it to be? Is Earth possibly the best planet in the world, if there are many more?

The reason why I'm writing this post is in regard to BlogAdda's campaign in association with IndiaToday, the idea of which is to suggest the "perfect world" that I would've liked, had I been the creator of this world. Very interesting indeed and a topic that surely does need to be talked about in detail. I mean, what can we not discuss through this topic!

To start off, let's talk about the division of countries.

In this world, the basic principle of life is to live with one another, help one another and be "human" to one another and yet, we on this earth, continue to be an enemy among ourselves. The Gaza-Palestine war, the Kashmir issue to name a few examples of how we're fighting for the issue of land, that is divided by a "line" and therefore I ask, are we letting a piece of land ruin the basic concept of humanity! Does concurring a particular state matter so much to us that we're willing to kill people, fight with our neighbors, jeopardize the future of a country - just for a piece of land!

Did we create countries for this very purpose, that one day we will fight over what's yours and what's mine and in the process, overlook the basic principle of friendship, humanity, justice and what not!

Hence, if I were the creator of this world, I'd have definitely not let people divide themselves in countries and then fight over the issue of "land".

Next up, is the matter of equality.

How come is it that we as human beings have allowed a sense of ideology to prevail that men are better than women! Isn't it absolutely unfair that with no real sense, someone people ridiculously defend their idea of how a women must "stay-at-home" and men should work and be the "bread-earner" of the family and not just this; for this very reason of earning, they must be concerned superior than women. Well, if that's the case, then surely today's working women and highly qualified women are in fact well and truly equal with men.

If I were the creator of this world, I'd never let this thinking prevail. It's because of this thinking that more than 40% of Indian women are uneducated. Isn't it a fundamental question; had literacy rate among Indian women been 100%, wouldn't the fortunes of our country be totally different!

If as the creator of the world I'd do one thing, it'd surely be to amend about a sense of respect for women among those men who believe that women are in any way below men.

Work for all

It's a question worth asking; there are so many people on this earth; they all have families and all require money to live a life because after all; finance is a basic necessity of life. Having said that, it's a fact that many people in the world are prone to unemployment and are either in dire condition to find a job or holding a job that's way below their standards and hence not putting themselves into right frame of work.

Had I been the creator of this world; I'd set about a new system of employment - jobs for all. Sure it sounds impossible and to some extend, unrealistic. But think again, isn't the government of every country working towards getting bills passed through their respective houses, the very bills that focus on "employment for all" schemes.

Ideally, we would expect the creator of this world to bring about a system such that we get paid without going to work, isn't it! Well, that sure is UNREALISTIC. Had I been a creator of this world, there's no chance I'd make finance aid so easy *blinks*.

Education for all

Jobs for all but before that; education for all is a basic necessity. I cover in the 2nd aspect i.e. of empowerment about women education but talking about education in whole; it definitely an asset of a country when the major part of the country is literate and knows what is right and wrong. Not only that, education is a primary tool to make amendments to make a country better, bring out the right implementations and contribute to the respective areas of expertise for a much stronger and vibrant economy.

Had I been the creator of this world, I'd ensure that every family has the required financial aid to send their children to school or make education "free for all".

Food : a basic necessity

The creator of this world has provided us with so much of natural fruits and vegetables but it's a sad fact that the poor still don't have access to these. They've to beg and sweat to earn food for themselves and their family. This is because poverty, which is the greatest rival of every country doesn't allow them to study and hope for a better life; a life where they hold respectable jobs because it's because of poverty that they're left to beg for money and learn their livelihood each day, with no real certainty of whether or not they'd in fact have plate full of food to fill their stomach in night.

Hence, had I been the creator of this world; I'd have ensured that every individual has access to at least 3 meals a day. By virtue of proper distribution of money among poor - that's how I'd have brought about the change of "food for all".

Child Labor : a necessity, a crime

In today's world, it's a hard reality that child labor is a necessity but it is indeed a crime. But in my world, it wont be a necessity for any child to be a labor.

Child labor has different reasons to it; some children are forced to start working before they even have the sense of what is right and wrong and some children are forced to be mature at a very tender age because of forced family reasons; no parents, single parent working and/or helping their parents by earning/begging for money.

In my world, every child will go to school instead of going to work. That's the idea of a perfect world, the very world that I "dream of" and hope to see at least to some extend, some day.

So then, the above are my ideas for a "world remade". The basic purpose of the above ideas is about a perfect world, seeking which is the challenge faced by every individual and in a broader sense, every country.
