All it takes in a country of billion people to make a change is - RAISE YOUR VOICE. The India of today is changing and changing for the better, gone are the days when we came into terms with the hard crux of India - the India where we "adjusted" with whatever difficult circumstances that we had to live with but NOT ANYMORE. Today, people are active and demand a change and they deserve a change.
Since the new govt. has taken over, one of the most talked about issue is that of cleanliness. With a broom in hand and the passion for a change running in our minds, a changing sure is visible and the willigness to be a part of this change is too.
It's not about what you can do but what you're willing to do - we must set our standards higher than others because that's how a country progresses from average to "superpower" - which India shall achieve if we're willing to raise our voice against the shortcomings of our country.
A ray of hope remains in each one of us and in Montu too. In case you're wondering, Montu is the name of the new campaign by Strepsils- known as "#AbMontuBolega". I totally echo the campaign line which says "don't be a silent spectator". We've all had enough with the adjusting to the mediocre standards of life, it's time we change, it's time the country changed.
All it takes is a positive mindset and the passion to speak up for the right, all it takes is a broom and the self-pride of believing in a change and being a part of this change. Is sweeping the garbage around your house in any way reducing your standard of living! THINK AGAIN. No job or no work is small or big, there's no white collar of blue collar in life.
A revolution can take place if we're all together and step in the direction of a change, as strepsils says "keep calm and raise your voice".
Coming back to the strepsils campaign "ab montu bolega. The campaign is about a character called "Montu" who always came into terms with the situation, whether he liked it or not but then in 2014, he decided to raise his voice and speak for the right and this gives us all the inspiration to do right - and with strepsils, we're all motivated to not just be a mute spectator but an Indian who takes pride in being part of a change.
Raise your voice, be a part of this solid initiative by Strepsils, follow them on Facebook and Twitter. Also, do post in your opinion on http://www.abmontubolega.com/ because raising your opinion is always rewarding. :)
